Installation Phase

Sonus Networks provides flexible options for installing, configuring and deploying your packet voice solution. You can choose the Rack-and-Stack service where you perform site preparation prior to installation or the turnkey Engineering, Furnishing and Installation (EF&I) service, where we prepare, install and configure the network for you. Once installed, we offer resources to support your provisioning needs and help provide methods and procedures that facilitate your network operations. In addition, we can provide you with verification testing services to ensure your network is performing optimally. After your network is deployed, our world-class SonusCARE team remains available to assist you as your needs change. We provide technical and industry consulting, program management and design audits focused on improving network reliability, performance and quality.
