Sonus IMS Product Portfolio is delivered using field-proven functional components that have matured in real commercial deployments. As the company that adopted SIP over a decade ago, and has led the world in carrying IP-voice LD traffic, you can expect a deep understanding of the signaling interworking, and carrier class reliability that is required to deliver an IMS product.
Each of the IMS functional components is supported on one or more of the Sonus products, as shown below. Some of the functions such as the CSCF, BCF and BGF are delivered using our purpose built ConnexIP® platform that helps the IMS solution scale linearly and cost-effectively, while providing value from day one. Some of the other functions leverage Sonus' existing product lines such as the GSX9000, SGX4000 and the PSX Centralized Route Server. This is further enhanced by a healthy eco-system of third party client and solution providers that help deliver an end-to-end value proposition and a turn-key solution.
